Job Summary:
Provides assistance to the Group Key Account Manager in opening and maintaining of accounts
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Introduces new products to accounts
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns from key accounts
- Ensure that pertinent information from accounts is properly communicated to the Group Key Account Manager
- Ensure pricing and promotions are correctly implemented
- Opening of new accounts
- Conduct trade checks and store audit.
- Monitor inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues if needed
- Endorses trade letters, relevant reports to accounts
- Provide prompt servicing of accounts through internal and external alignment.
- Responsible In doing sales reports, marketing documents, and proposal letter
- Responsible in making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders and delivery dates
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Attainment:
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in modern trade accounts
Technical and Behavioral Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft office: word, excel, power point. Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
both written and verbal.
