Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Finding and qualifying leads and closing sales deals with existing clients or new prospects
- Prospecting new sales by cold calling businesses
- Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
- Creating new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
- Preparing and presenting proposals and bids and negotiating terms and conditions with clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
- Reporting and recording all sales activities
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales target and keep records of sales data
- Ensure that department KPI and process KPI are met
General Responsibilities:
- Performs cross-functional duties that may be assigned from immediate superior in the attainment of the department/section objectives.
- Performs 5S of good housekeeping practices in the workplace.
- Adheres to company rules and regulations, QEHS Policy and standard operating procedures.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
