QUALIFICATION:
- Preferably with experience in maintaining the model houses. However, without experience is also welcome to apply.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Must have a strong personality.
- Must know how to deal with different people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the available units on the project site.
- Set up of assist in preparing units and areas for site visits or open house event.
- Ensure that utility tools and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
- Provide log book for tripping related activities per model units.
- To report abnormalities of the model houses and repairs.
LOCATION: AGUSO AND MATATALAIB, TARLAC.
