As a full-time Kiosk Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently handling all financial transactions at our retail kiosk. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle all financial transactions accurately
- Stock and maintain the retail kiosk to ensure it is well-presented and organised
- Provide information to customers about products and services
- Assist with inventory management and reporting
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a kiosk or cashiering environment
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to handle financial transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality with a passion for providing great customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
