- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Compliance
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and kitchen protocols to ensure consistent quality.
Others:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or managers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Graduate of culinary courses is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Proficient in food preparation and knife-handling techniques
Ability to safely operate and handle heavy kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of diverse ingredients and spices to enhance food preparation
