Job description
1. Responsible for expanding online recruitment channels, identifying suitable livestream influencers/KOLs and qualified newcomers.
2. Maintain and manage existing recruitment channels while actively developing new ones.
Job Requirements:
1. High sensitivity to entertainment livestreams, short video content, and related fields; familiarity with current trends in livestreaming influencers and resources, and proficiency in expanding influencer resources; well-versed in the rules of major livestreaming and short video platforms.
2. Familiarity with the operational models of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram; prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
3. Strong goal orientation, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
