Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Must possess Professional License in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years' work experience in government projects with in-depth knowledge in roads and asphalts
- Willing to be assigned at Busuanga, Palawan
Functions and Duties
- Responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining asphalt roads, highways, and related infrastructure.
- Designing roadways, conducting surveys, and researching materials, as well as overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Track project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure objectives are met and take corrective actions as needed.
- Verify that all project activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Oversee construction processes and site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, preventing project delays or cost overruns.
