- Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure accurate product testing, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement of refrigeration systems.
- Supervise performance and safety testing of new refrigerator models based on PNS IEC standards.
- Recommend system design improvements to enhance product performance.
- Prepare accurate reports on laboratory tests and product performance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party laboratories for product audits and testing.
- Stay updated on the latest industry and government testing guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (5-year graduate), with knowledge in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
- At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in laboratory testing, preferably in household appliances (refrigerators).
- Familiar with PNS IEC 60335 2-24:2018 and PNS IEC 62552-3:2017 standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced in laboratory equipment setup.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, with attention to detail and safety.
