Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other greenery.
- Perform grass cutting, edging, trimming, watering, and fertilizing.
- Design and install landscape features (e.g., flower beds, walkways, decorative elements).
- Remove weeds, dead plants, and other unwanted growth.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems and water schedules.
- Apply pesticides or herbicides when necessary, following safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper disposal of garden waste and maintain cleanliness of the area.
- Collaborate with supervisors or property managers on landscape plans.
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work under various weather conditions.
- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of plants, soil care, and landscape tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays when needed.
- Willing to be assigned to different cities or locations as needed.
