Job Description
1.Responsibility:Lazada Philippines Lazmall Channel Operations, responsible for daily product operation,user operation,and organize activities of the Lazmall brandsellers.Targeting user and gmv growth.
2. Strong sensitivity and user insight ability in identify market trends, develop channel brandsellers supply planning based on the preferences of Philippines users, and improve channel conversion efficiency by product operation.
3. User operation: By analyzing user behavior, profiles,etc.develop effective user growth plan, increase DAU and buyers in channel.
4. Based on the preferences of Philippines users,making new brand sale and trend sale activities plan and implementation of the activities,promoting on social media at the same time,in order to increase GMV.

1.University graduate with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
2.Proven experience in e-commerce business,with a preference for brandsellers expertise.
3.Strong user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and pain points through various methods.
4.Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
5.Experience on user operations and understanding product operation is a plus.
6.Experience on marketing is a plus.
