Leadership Requirements:
We require a candidate who can independently lead the team, drive initiatives, and contribute to long-term planning. An Assistant Manager may not have the necessary experience or authority to meet these expectations effectively.
Talent Attraction and Retention:
A Lead Assistant Manager title is more likely to attract qualified candidates with the necessary experience and leadership skills. This adjustment can improve our talent pool and enhance retention by setting clear expectations and growth opportunities.
