- Bachelor's Degree
- GDS –Sabre, Amadeus, NDC knowledge preferred
- Preferably with experience working in Corporate Travel
- Experience of working with or for a Global Travel Management company (TMC)
- Flexible with shifts – 24X7 Set up
- Must have experience handling a team
- Understanding of Corporate travel nuances
- Has experience in managing teams for front office operations handling chat and voice interactions
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality & protocol
