The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Assessment Analyst to join our team in a lead capacity. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to determine the demand for their projects, ensuring accurate and timely assessments that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the demand assessment process, ensuring thorough analysis and accurate forecasting for multiple projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product management, IT, and support teams, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Apply advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate demand forecasts and insights to team members.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
- See opportunities for process improvements and implement standard methodologies to enhance the demand assessment process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Has experience in demand assessment, data analysis, or a related field,
- Preferably had experience in On Command Insight (OCI) tool.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Talents Needed for Success:
- Excellent communication and people skills, with experience working in a diverse, global environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, Agile methodology and related tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and management, particularly in the context of on-premises infrastructure such as clusters, databases, servers, and storage.
