Lead Generation & Client Outreach Specialists

ACN Southern Services is seeking Lead Generation & Client Outreach Specialists to help us expand our client base. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a talent for outbound calling, social media engagement, nurturing leads, and closing sales. It is open to both seasoned professionals and motivated fresh graduates.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Be a key driver in acquiring new clients by making cold and warm calls to generate qualified leads.
- Email & Text Outreach: Execute strategic email and text campaigns to engage prospects.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Actively engage on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. You will be expected to contribute to content for media exposure and help build our brand's online presence.
- Occasional Field Outreach: Engage in occasional fieldwork to connect with potential clients face-to-face and generate new leads.
- Sales Closing: Leverage your communication skills to build trust and close new sales.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in outbound sales, BPO, or telemarketing is a plus. We are also excited to hear from fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn.
- Must be active and proficient in using social media for professional and personal networking.
- Excellent communication skills—both over the phone and in writing.
- A proactive, resilient, and highly organized approach to your work.
- Willingness to engage in occasional fieldwork to connect with potential clients.
