Hostaway is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be focused on identifying, sourcing, and uploading companies & contacts to our prospect database (CRM) to drive opportunities for our Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify markets where we have the largest opportunities for growth, source the best prospects for our sales team to engage across all Geos, and ensure Hostaway can capture our entire total addressable market (TAM).
About the role
Identify and source large volumes of STR property managers and hosts that fit our ICP.
Research & populate key decision makers & stakeholders across our markets that would be key targets for our sales team to engage, to maximize our MRR potential each month.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
Amplify our outbound sales potential by capturing a wider audience for our sales team to engage.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Strong research & prospecting skills.Ability to understand & identify our primary customer profiles.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using prospecting tools - Google, BuiltWith, Seamless, Hubspot, etc.
Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus.
