Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with both strong communication and outbound sales experience to join our dynamic team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify qualified businesses
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calling, explaining the company's offerings and gauging their interest.
- Appointment Setting: Set appointments for the sales team with decision makers
- CRM Management: Maintaining & Updating the CRM system with accurate up-to-date lead information. Track and analyze lead generation activities and performance.
- Sales Support: Assist sales team members by providing requested information and performing miscellaneous sales related tasks
Qualifications and Skill sets:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the recruitment and staffing domain.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our services effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry, or any experience working with a staffing industry is considered a plus (but not required)
- Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Willing to relocate in Davao City (if outside the city) and can work graveyard shift.
- Willing to start ASAP.

Supplemental Pay:
