Description
We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound platforms like Apollo.io and LinkedIn. Based onsite in Ormoc City, you'll handle daily prospecting, qualify leads, and book discovery meetings. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within set KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure discovery calls and follow up on leads with sellers.
- Conduct market research and qualify leads via Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
- Launch and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Make strategic phone calls when necessary.
- Optimize messaging, targeting, and sequencing for outreach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor campaign performance.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of lead generation experience and outbound prospecting in the BPO or outsourcing industry
- Experience with CRM and Lead Gen systems required
- Experience in BPO or outsourcing lead generation is required
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigation is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, reporting and research skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful; comfortable generating ideas and working independently
