We are looking for a friendly and energetic Lead Generation to help drive appointments for our sales team.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Ideally work experience as a Lead Generation, Recruiter, or similar role
- Previous working experience in an Australian offshoring company is highly regarded
- Familiarity with Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred
- Ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels and present offshoring solutions persuasively
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- A self-motivated attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by generating high-quality leads/appointments
- Research companies operating in defined market segments
- Follow a defined contact approach using existing email/social templates
- Coordinate responses using existing email/social templates
- Balance a portfolio of prospects from ‘first contact’ to ‘appointment made’
- Contact employers who advertise job vacancies on talent-sourcing channels via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify the key decision-makers within organisations and tailor the offshoring solution to their hiring needs
- Clearly communicate the benefits of offshoring, including cost savings, talent accessibility, and scalability.
- Provide initial information on the process of working with an offshoring team, addressing any queries, and overcoming objections.
- Schedule qualified appointments between prospective clients and the sales or business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointment outcomes using CRM tools.
- Track the success of appointments in the pipeline and report on progress towards sales targets.

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible practical tests.
This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
