Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead a team of Maintenance and helpers in formwork activities.
- Interpret and execute work based on construction drawings and instructions.
- Monitor the correct use of formwork systems (timber, steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Ensure alignment, level, and structural integrity of installed formworks.
- Report progress, material usage, and manpower needs to the Foreman.
- Check and maintain tools, materials, and safety gear on site.
- Enforce safety procedures and promote a clean and hazard-free work area.
- Assist in training and guiding new or less experienced workers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in formworks, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- With any of NC II Welding Certificate (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW)
- Good knowledge of various formwork systems and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in field/site conditions.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
