We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Leadman/Quality Control Inspector to oversee the quality and accuracy of vehicle repair work performed by technicians. This dual-role position combines hands-on technical support with final inspection responsibilities to ensure repairs are completed correctly, safely, and according to company standards. The successful candidate will guide technicians, assist with complex diagnostic issues, and verify repairs before vehicles are released to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As Leadman:
- Monitor and oversee the work performed by technicians to ensure proper repair procedures are followed.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance to technicians, especially on complex or unresolved issues.
- Review job orders and confirm the accuracy of diagnosed problems and proposed solutions.
- Communicate with customers when needed to clarify vehicle concerns and confirm issues.
- Perform road tests with customers or technicians to verify reported problems, when necessary.
- Ensure technicians follow safety protocols and quality standards during repairs.
As Quality Control Inspector:
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles after repairs to confirm work was completed correctly and thoroughly.
- Perform road tests to verify the effectiveness of repairs and resolution of issues.
- Document inspection results and report deficiencies or concerns to the Service Manager.
- Work collaboratively with technicians to correct any incomplete or unsatisfactory repairs.
- Ensure all repaired vehicles meet safety, performance, and quality standards before being released.
Qualifications:
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Automotive Servicing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead technician role.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills across various vehicle systems.
- Proven knowledge of vehicle safety, quality control, and inspection standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (Professional) with restriction code 1, 2, 3.
- Ability to perform road tests and lift moderate vehicle components as needed.
Must be willing to be trained in San Juan City branch for at least 1 month

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
