Job Description
The Lease Admin Assistant is responsible for the proper management of contracts /agreements and handling of all other lease-related documents, issues and concerns of tenants. He is also responsible for ensuring excellent collection efficiency of tenants’ payables; also in-charge of pertinent documents such as business permits, licenses, and insurance policy of each leaseholder.
Qualification
College degree holder of business related course. Preferably with work-related experience Good scholastic records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. With background in basic taxation.
Customer/client relation skills Computer literate.
