Leasing Officer
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing/Business Management/Property Management or other related courses
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably 2 years specializing in property management/Lease Marketing at a supervisory level
- Knowledgeable in all facets of leasing operations
- Negotiation skills and tenant management
- Deep understanding of mall/retail and real estate industry
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill up vacancies in the respective malls assigned by optimizing area value and profitability
- Responsible in increasing the occupancy rate of all the malls under his/her accounts
- Responsible for establishing Tenant Zoning, Tenant mix and rental matrix for assigned malls
- Responsible for hitting projected payback thru achievement of desired rental rate
- Responsible for overseeing all documentation pertaining to newly acquired tenants
- Leasing point person during the first 1 year of the mall.
