Basic Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or any related field.
- Some employers accept an associate degree with relevant experience.
- Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or sales.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of leasing and fair housing laws (local and national)
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Office; knowledge of property management systems like Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
