1. Degree in a program of study related to Business Management, Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience
2. 3 years’ experience in admin and human resource
3. Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible to provide general administrative services and support but not limited to the admin department, facilities management and executive requirements.
2. Performs general staff assistance including documentation services, coordination and relaying information to support other department.
3. Manages and creates admin database information and responsible in record monitoring and safekeeping of all admin related documents.
4. Produces admin related reports.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Generally has more responsibilities and knowledge in the Admin processes than Associate level.
2. Supports admin head in managing driver’s and maintenance itineraries and their activities.
3. Manages insurances (medical and Manulife) and facilitates related concerns such as claims and reimbursements.
4. Supports admin head in terms of expenditures such as petty cash, reimbursement, liquidation and cash advance.
5. Checks billing and payments requests.
6. Manages staff house and booking reservation.
