Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Officer (Supervisor Level) to oversee and manage the leasing operations for warehousing and commercial spaces in Davao City. The role involves end-to-end lease management — from prospecting clients, negotiating contracts, ensuring tenant satisfaction, to administrative oversight of leasing documents and reports.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising leasing activities for warehouse and commercial spaces.
- Identifying potential tenants through networking, site visits, and market research.
- Negotiating lease terms and agreements to achieve business targets.
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing leasing contracts and related documentation.
- Monitoring tenant compliance with lease agreements and payment schedules.
- Preparing leasing reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
- Coordinating with marketing, property management, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Conducting site tours and presentations for prospective clients.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Maintaining strong tenant relationships to ensure renewals and referrals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in leasing (warehousing and/or commercial spaces) in a supervisory or senior role
- Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in numbers, finance, and contract analysis.
- Administrative and organizational competence.
- Proficient in MS Office and leasing-related software.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a resident/local of Davao City.
- With valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Flexible and adaptable to various leasing situations.
- Can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
