This is a 100% onsite position
(Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Permit Management: Oversee the entire permit application process from initial submission to final approval. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant local and state regulations and ensure that all permit applications adhere to these requirements.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and regulatory agencies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all permit-related activities, including applications, approvals, and correspondence. Prepare and submit regular status reports to management.
- Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to gather necessary information and documentation for permit applications.
Qualifications:
- Education: College Graduate of any course.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong focus on permit management.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction permit processes, building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
