Autokid is looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to support and streamline our coordination with government agencies, local offices, and internal departments. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing document submissions, registrations, and permits related to our truck dealership operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government offices (e.g., LTO, BIR, City Hall) to process business permits, vehicle registrations, and other legal documents.
- Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and retrieval of documents for truck sales, servicing, and company operations.
- Maintain a record of all transactions and communications with external agencies.
- Act as the company representative during official errands, inspections, or stakeholder meetings.
- Work closely with sales, after-sales, logistics, and finance teams to gather necessary requirements.
- Monitor document expiration and renewal schedules to avoid penalties or delays.
- Support internal teams with administrative or field coordination tasks as needed.
- Uphold Autokid’s brand and reputation through professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of any Business-related course or relevant field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in liaison or field coordination roles, preferably in automotive or logistics industries.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes (e.g., LTO, BIR, LGU offices) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
