As a Facilities Management Housekeeping, you will be required to work for 208 hours per month or 104 hours per cut-off. The company's working hours start at 6:00 AM till 10:00 PM or till all transactions are done and delivered, but you will be given a schedule depending on the needs of the company. On a case-to-case basis, you will be required to report to work much earlier or later than the said working hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
- Issuing the P.O. of gasoline to the driver, when the Administrative Specialist and Fleet Management Administrative Staff are not around.
- Act as liaison officer for HR/Admin transactions.
- Support HR/Admin daily tasks.
- Act as person-in-charge to issue car keys during night time.
- Assist the contractor if there is repair, maintenance and installation in the PSI office and ISU office.
- Report any damage in the office facilities.
- Ensure that waste is disposed of properly.
- Inspecting and basic repairing electrical and plumbing services.
- Assist/help during grocery or snack supplies.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office facilities
