Driver / Liaison Officer
Job Description:
The Driver / Liaison Officer is responsible for driving the CEO or clients when needed, handling office-related errands, and coordinating with external offices or agencies. This role requires reliability, flexibility, and good time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the CEO or clients as needed, especially when the CEO is in Cebu City
- Drive both car and motorcycle for official errands
- Deliver and collect documents or packages from clients, suppliers, and government offices
- Process errands such as banking, purchasing supplies, and submitting documents to government agencies
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good running condition
- Keep records of trips, deliveries, and obtain required signatures or receipts
- Coordinate with external offices or agencies as instructed
- Communicate with the office about schedules or any issues
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate
- Knows how to drive both car and motorcycle
- Valid driver’s license for both car and motorcycle
- Driving experience is preferred
- Knowledge of LTO processes and basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage
- Organized, reliable, and trustworthy
- Can work independently and manage time well
