Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts daily audit on receiving process to ensure 100% compliance on existing policies, procedures, guidelines and specification to achieve zero material internal lot recall and ensure that purchased materials are evaluated / inspected and conform to specified standards / requirements prior to receiving.
- Identifies and addresses gaps (Machine, Method, Material, Man and Measurement) to ensure effectiveness of the receiving inspection process to avoid recurring lapses.
- Decides the approval and the rejection of materials based on the results of evaluation and testing.
- Forwards and collects Corrective Action Report (CAR) forms (related to suppliers and depots) to suppliers and concerned depots.
- Prepares a non-conforming trend report pertaining to depots and suppliers to ensure on time response and immediate action on any identified quality and food safety issues.
- Meets with supplier to discuss the non-conformances encountered, demo of new testing equipment, and during selection and alignment process.
- Prepares the monthly report on or before 22nd day per quarter (Supplier / 3rd Party Services Performance).
- Prepares a summary report of action plans for monitoring and disseminate it to Quality Receiving Supervisor.
- Coordinates with Purchasing the completion of Supplier documents such SDS, Supplier info Sheet (HACCP), LAB Test results, (CONEG / RoHS / PFDA Test) and COA's and coordinate with Purchasing to achieve 100% COMPLIANCE ON FOOD SAFETY DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS.
- Summarizes and updates the results of suppliers lab test report and monitors validity dates.
- Reviews a summary report of action plans of corrective action report related to in-process and customer complaints for standardization and disseminate to concerned department. Reviews or creates validation studies for control of physical, biological and chemical contaminant.
- Reviews traceability reports pertaining to in-process validation to ensure on time response and immediate actions on any identified quality and food safety issues.
- Reviews the schedule of QA Section and staff indicating assigned task and working time. Provides a refresher training and alignment of Quality standards to all QA Staff on a SEMI ANNUAL basis with qualifying exams.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Chemist
- With experience in ISO, Food Safety and GMP, Halal, FDA is an advantage
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
