JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Licensed Medical Social Worker
- Must have 6 months of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in report writing, documentation, and record-keeping
JOB OVERVIEW
- Responsible for areas of care management and assisting patients and families in understanding patients’ conditions and treatments.
- Helps patient and family members develop coping strategies, assist patients’ needs, and assist in the development of a treatment plan by the policies and procedures of the hospital
