We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Commis Chefs / Line Cooks to join our culinary team. You will assist in food preparation, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and support senior chefs in delivering quality dishes that meet our standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items in accordance with standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled correctly.
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff in daily operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate or with relevant vocational training in Culinary or Food Services.
- Prior kitchen experience is a plus but fresh graduates or trainees are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
