The Boodle Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, cooking, plating, and presenting Filipino-style boodle fight meals for group dining. The role requires culinary skill, speed, creativity in presentation, and strong time management. The chef must maintain food quality, cleanliness, and consistency for all boodle orders.

Job Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years experience as a line cook or chef, preferably in Filipino cuisine or casual dining.
2. Must have experience in bulk cooking or food plating for large groups.
3. Knowledgeable in traditional and modern Filipino recipes.
4. Strong sense of presentation, color balance, and food symmetry.
5. Can work in a fast-paced environment and under time pressure.
6. Physically fit; must be able to stand and cook for long hours.
7. Willing to work weekends and holidays.
8. TESDA certification or culinary background is a plus

Job Descriptions:
1. Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare and cook a variety of boodle dishes (grilled, fried, saucy, and vegetables) based on set menu or custom orders.
- Ensure proper portioning and food presentation on banana leaves or traditional boodle platters.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all servings.

2. Kitchen Organization & Sanitation
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of prep area, cooking equipment, and tools
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen protocols
- Monitor ingredients and manage raw materials efficiently to minimize waste

3. Order Management
- Coordinate with the service or operations team to understand upcoming bookings
-Prepare ingredients ahead of large-volume or timed orders
-Ensure all dishes are ready and presentable before serving time

4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Assist in tracking kitchen inventory specific to boodle menus
- Recommend raw materials purchasing to stay within food cost limits
- Maintain organized records of daily output or food yield

5. Team Collaboration
- Guide and delegate prep work to kitchen assistants or helpers.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth coordination during peak hours or events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
