Mc Wilson Corporation, an operator of upscale casual dining establishments, is currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Kaokee Singaporean Restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience in a professional restaurant setting
- Strong foundation in Chinese cuisine and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with Chinese spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques (wok cooking experience is highly preferred)
- Proficient in wok use and related cooking methods
- Experience in kitchen production is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Ensure dishes are presented with consistency and high quality
- Assist in managing the food preparation process to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Work closely and collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and assist with restocking as needed
- Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, sanitation guidelines, and food safety regulations
