Your day-to-day

  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the maintenance process;
  • Defining and implementing medium-term and long-term maintenance and asset management strategies;
  • Coordinating the work of production departments to ensure efficient use of equipment and spare parts, minimizing downtime;
  • Developing, implementing, and updating procedures for equipment maintenance, repair work, and maintaining relevant documentation;
  • Training and development of shift employees and shift supervisors.

Who we're looking for

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in production;
  • At least 2 years of people management experience;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of LES|MES|SAP (learning management systems) is an advantage
  • Expertise in IWS, OPEN+ or any Operational Excellence methods would be an advantage
