Your day-to-day
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the maintenance process;
- Defining and implementing medium-term and long-term maintenance and asset management strategies;
- Coordinating the work of production departments to ensure efficient use of equipment and spare parts, minimizing downtime;
- Developing, implementing, and updating procedures for equipment maintenance, repair work, and maintaining relevant documentation;
- Training and development of shift employees and shift supervisors.
Who we're looking for
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in production;
- At least 2 years of people management experience;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of LES|MES|SAP (learning management systems) is an advantage
- Expertise in IWS, OPEN+ or any Operational Excellence methods would be an advantage
