Job Summary:
As Live Streaming Host Specialist, you will lead live performers through each streaming session, controlling the live process and adjusting the atmosphere in the room to engage viewers. You will maintain order, activate energy, and create lively interactions between the streamer and the audience. The role involves assisting in planning live content strategies, working closely with the operations team to meet revenue goals, and continuously exploring new live-streaming techniques. You will manage the tools required or live sessions and contribute to driving sales through engaging product presentations and real-time interactions with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead live performers through each session, managing to live streaming process, and using hosting sills to control the atmosphere of the live room.
- Maintain order and ensure smooth operations during live streams, energizing the audience and fostering lively interactions between the streamer and viewers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute live streaming content and strategies, focusing on achieving revenue targets.
- Continuously study and implement new live streaming methods, developing effective plans and strategies to improve performance.
- Host TikTok live streaming sessions, creatively presenting and demonstrating product in real time to engage viewers.
- Highlight product features and benefits to retain audience interest and convert views into sales.
- Interreact with the audience through comments, questions, and shout-outs to build a lively and interactive community atmosphere
- Apply persuasive selling techniques during live streams, including time-sensitive offers and promotions, to drive sales.
- Provide customer support during and after live sessions, addressing product inquiries, assisting with orders, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.
- Plan and create engaging content aligned with TikTok trends and audience preferences to maximize viewer engagement.
- Track performance metrics such as viewership, engagement, conversation rates, and sales revenue to refine live streaming strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance live streaming and hosting skills, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Support the marketing team by creating content that aligns with the overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Maintain cleanliness ad orderliness of the live studio before and after each session, ensuring all equipment is functioning and that all makeup products re cleaned up properly.
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates
- Fluent in both the Filipino and English language
- Up-to-date with the latest livestream trends
- Familiarity with makeup application and a solid understanding of cosmetics product is preferred
- Preferably has experience as a host or emcee for live or digital events.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to entertain and engage audiences in real time.
- Familiar with live streaming platforms, especially TikTok, and up-to-date on current trends
- Creative thinker, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances during live sessions.
- Previous experience in live selling, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred
- Proficient in TikTok live streaming features and comfortable using social media platforms
- Strong sales skills, and proven ability to achieve sales targets during live streams
- Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to address viewer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules, typically between 5:00PM to 10:00AM the next day
- Genuine interest in beauty products and trends, enhancing authenticity and engagement
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance on camera
- Open to receiving constructive feedback to improve performance
- Awareness of cultural trends and sensitivities that may affect audience engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
