Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
- Open to fresh graduates; experience in loan or credit review (minimum of six months) is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data checking and thorough document reviews
- Responsible, dependable, and upholds strong ethical standards
- Proficient in using computer software and applications
- Must be willing to work in Pasig City
Main Duties
- Ensure that loan applications, Credit Approval Memorandums (CAM), and required supporting documents are complete
- Validate loan information, CAMs, and document authenticity by interviewing borrowers, co-borrowers, and references, as well as checking trade, banking, employment, and credit histories
- Submit verified CAMs and reports to the Credit Review Supervisor for assessment
- Review borrowers’ repayment history with other lenders or financial institutions
- Update account statuses and coordinate with the Branch or Marketing teams to request additional documents when needed
- Prepare reports for any inconsistencies found between borrower-submitted information and CAM details
- Follow up on incomplete loan applications to secure missing documentation
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
