We are seeking a Local Media Operations Specialist to manage local media resources and maximize advertising efficiency.
Job Summary
This role involves managing local media placements and resource coordination, including budget management, performance analysis, material strategy follow-up, and collaboration with media partners to ensure the effective execution of advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Local Media Placement and Performance Analysis
- Manage local media advertising placements, optimizing strategies to achieve performance goals,
- Oversee budget allocation and execution, conduct regular performance analysis, and provide optimization
recommendations.
2. Material Strategy and Production Follow-Up
- Define and confirm local media material strategies to align with brand positioning and user needs.
- Monitor the production progress of video and graphic materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
3. Media Resource Bidding and Proposals
- Execute monthly media resource bidding activities, participate in proposal development, and drive resource allocation strategies.
4. Media Communication and Policy Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for media partners, confirming collaboration details and material policies to meet placement requirements.
- Stay updated on media platform policies and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
2. Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in advertising placement or media operations.
- Experience in local media resource management or material production coordination is a strong advantage.
3. Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in advertising performance analysis tools, with strong budget management and performance
analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with video and graphic material production processes; creative material planning experience is a 20
plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage internal and external resources.
4. Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of the Philippine local media culture and operations.
