Responsibilities:
- Operate printing and crafting machines, such as laser cutters, engravers, plotters, and large format printers.
- Load materials and adjust machine settings as necessary.
- Troubleshoot machine errors and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Manage and prioritize orders assigned to them.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery times.
- Design and prepare artwork and graphics for printing
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
