- Set Up and Operate Machinery: Prepare machines for production by setting up and adjusting controls, feeding raw materials, and ensuring proper operation throughout the production cycle.
- Monitor Machine Performance: Continuously monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and producing quality products. Make minor adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy.
- Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and repairing machinery as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety guidelines.
