- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing while observing company safety procedures and policies all the time.
- Inspect all equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and those that needs major repair and inform his Supervisor.
- Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately
- Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
- Provide assistance to the other Plant Operator and the Helpers in their assigned responsibilities.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Observe operation of equipment to ensure continuity of flow, safety, and efficient operation, and to detect malfunctions.
- Read, understand, and communicate work orders to determine production specifications and information.
- Reject defective products and readjust equipment to eliminate problems.
- Examine materials, or products, visually or with hands, to ensure conformity to established company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php550.00 - Php700.00 per day
