- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing/production role (computerized)
- Strong understanding of machine operations, including setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or machine manuals.
- Ability to maintain machinery by conducting routine inspections and performing minor maintenance.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure the proper functioning of machines.
