About the role
Maintains the day-to-day operations and assumes responsibility in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the store equipment and facility according to safety. Predictive, and productive maintenance systems
What you'll be doing
- Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, and implementing effective solutions
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the food production industry
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment, including power tools and precision measuring devices
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php645.00 - Php700.00 per day
