- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage. (Ex; Window, Door, or Wall repair, repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage, knowledgeable on basic electrical wiring/ troubleshooting/ welding and Mechanical Parts Machine.)
- High School Graduate or General Educational Degree.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
