The Condo Maintenance Assistant will provide support to the maintenance team in keeping the condominium property in excellent condition. This includes assisting with light repairs, general upkeep, and responding to maintenance requests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the general cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including hallways, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
- Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Respond to residents' maintenance requests, including minor issues such as light bulb replacements, clogged drains, and appliance malfunctions.
- Conduct inspections of individual units when requested for small repairs or maintenance.
- Assist in setting up maintenance schedules for common area cleaning and seasonal tasks.
- Help maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
