Maintenance Electrician

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate with diploma;
• With TESDA NC II Certified in EIM or RAC is an advantage;
• With at least one year work experience as an Electrician/RAC Technician, or other related role is a plus;
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to carpentry, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, and painting;
• Has a strong sense of urgency especially in fixing malfunctions;
• Amenable to work on-site;
• Willing to start anytime.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation, operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and communication equipment and allied facilities;
• Performs manual labor and semi-skilled work in the maintenance of court building facilities and grounds which include but are not limited to construction and repair of electrical, mechanical, masonry, carpentry;
• Coordinates and prevent maintenance of official vehicles, company property;
• Conducts regular inspection of hospital facilities, buildings and equipment to determine functionality;
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
