Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all shuttle units.
- Supervise and lead maintenance personnel including mechanics, electricians, and helpers.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and provide technical direction for complex repairs.
- Ensure compliance with government transport regulations (e.g., LTO, LTFRB) regarding vehicle condition and documentation.
- Monitor vehicle performance and service records to track repair frequency and costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement and manage maintenance budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections of shuttle units for mechanical soundness and safety.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance performance and monitor results.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance supervisors and technical staff.
- Collaborate with other department heads to support operational goals.
- Approve procurement of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred but not always required with extensive experience).
- At least with 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, particularly diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, and suspension systems.
- Proficient in fleet management software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.

Pay: Php900.00 - Php1,000.00 per day
