Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee maintenance operations
- Manage and lead maintenance teams
- Ensure effective maintenance of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and automotive equipment
- Maintain cost-effective operations
- Ensure smooth execution of maintenance plans
Qualifications:
- Degree in Automotive Servicing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or Motor Pool Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Facility Management
- Experience in Supervisory or managerial role is a plus
