Responsible for the safe and timely delivery and retrieval of documents, payments, supplies, and parcels to and from internal departments, external partners, banks, and government agencies. The role supports the office’s daily operational needs through reliable and secure messenger services.
Deliver and pick up official documents, checks, invoices, supplies, and other items as directed
Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of all sensitive documents
Handle bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check encashments
Run office errands, including purchasing office supplies or paying utility bills
Responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the facility or building. The role ensures that all areas, equipment, and utilities are safe, functional, and in good working condition.
