Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Ensuring that machines/equipment is installed correctly and safely
- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
- Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities as necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- With at least 4-5 working experience as maintenance officer in a manufacturing company
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- With COSH Training Certification is plus

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
